Details for your heat pump visit
Heating, cooling or both?
A heat pump serves both seasons. Identify the mode you were using when the problem appeared and describe changes in airflow, room comfort, noise or thermostat messages.
Identify both parts of the system
Include indoor and outdoor model numbers if available. Tell us about any recent thermostat change or previous service without trying to identify the failed part yourself.
Scheduling in Haymarket
For your Haymarket request, describe the equipment location and any building-entry requirements. If several appliances need attention, list them clearly so the team can discuss the scope of the visit.
Your preferred date is a request. The team confirms the appointment and model coverage before service. Repair timing depends on diagnosis and parts.
